PCB Assembly
Ventis provides full range of contract manufacturing services ranging from PCB assembly (automatic SMT and manual HTH), component sourcing until finished and tested product ready for sale.
Our factory is equipped with modern SMT assembly line: pick & place automate with optical centering, 4-zone lead free reflow soldering owen, soldering paste printer, and other equipment necessary for quality control. Our people are well motivated and trained in certifed IPC center. We provide SMT and HTH assembly services in class 1 or 2 according to IPC-A-610E standard. We specialize in small to medium size batches.
To assure high quality of our services and products, we invest in our employees trainings, we employ latest software including MRP/ERP systems. We are in the process of implementing ISO 9001 standard (target is end of September 2011).
We are located in Poland, 20 min. from Katowice airport and 2 hour flight to almost any place in Europe. We have experience working with companies in France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
